Bus Rental
Church, schools, company outing, family event, whatever the reason you need a bus rental, Southern Bus and Mobility can help fit your needs and budget. Our fleet of up to 15 passenger bus rentals give you access to top-of-the-line safety and features designed with the physical capabilities of your passengers in mind. Our rates are dependent on the length of time of your rental. All rates & fees subject to change.
Pick Up & Drop Off
Standard pick up time – 9:00AM day of rental
Standard drop off time – on or before 8:00AM the following day
Rentals are NOT 24 hours from time of pick up.
Mileage Fees
200 free miles per day or 1400 miles per week. Mileage in excess of free miles is charged at .30 / mile thereafter.
Fuel Fees
Vehicle must be returned full, there will be a $10.00 service fee, plus the cost of fuel charge.
Drivers
Drivers must be over the age of 25, have a valid Driver’s license and proof of full coverage insurance is required for all drivers.
Reservation Deposit
The reservation deposit is one day’s rental rate and due at the time the reservation is made with Southern Bus & Mobility. This deposit is refundable if Southern Bus & Mobility is notified of cancellations 21 days prior to the date of departure. In addition, all reservations must be held with one of the following major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, or Discover.

Cleaning Fee
If excessive cleaning is required an additional charge of $50 will be charged when returned.
Available Inventory
The shuttle buses are developed to replace the standard 15-passenger van. All passengers will find it easy to enter and exit with ample headroom and aisle passage. The shuttles maneuver like a van but have the stability of a dual rear wheel bus. Extended rear wheel stance with a full roll cage, styling and quality construction makes this the most practical choice for safe dependable transportation.

Can I rent a bus and drive it myself? ▾
Yes. No CDL is required to drive one of our shuttle bus rentals. To rent and drive one of our buses, you must be at least 25 years old and provide a valid driver’s license and proof of full-coverage insurance.

Absolutely. Our bus rentals are built for these kinds of group outings, from church trips to company outings and family gatherings, with seating for up to 15 passengers plus dedicated luggage space.

Every rental includes seating for up to 15 passengers with luggage space, a TV with a DVD player, and 200 free miles per day (or 1,400 per week), with extra miles billed at $0.30 each. Your daily rate will depend on how many days you rent.
